LEAKE STREET, ESSENDON

56 apartments + 7 offices and 6 shops designed within an old theatre with heritage significance. The facade was retained and a complex of apartments was built behind, the 5 storey corner building addresses the corner and acts a keystone to the retail strip.

NINE HIGH APARTMENT, PRESTON

8 Levels plus basement apartment complex, in one of the most up and coming cosmopolitan inner north suburbs. Designed to capture east and west light on a site constraint with high rise building adjacent on both sides.

NEW QUAY WEST, DOCKLANDS

9 Triple storey townhouses, each with a terrace overlooking the bay, the living spaces capture north light and views to the park. The end town house was designed to turn the corner and direct people from the park frontage to the water views.

MURCHISON VILLAGE, ROXBURGH PARK

Apartment complex designed over 5 levels. This building addresses the train station, a new suburban subdivision and shopping centre. Designed as a series of boxes reflecting the complexities of the site and surrounds.

10 Townhouse development designed within a small inner city site. Each town house comprises of 4 levels with roof terrace access, materials used were timber cladding and metal.
